What we offer
Often group catering can lack in flavour. All our food is a labour of love, cooked from scratch and a cut above the rest.
We cater for all types of functions and events and can travel almost anywhere on North Stradbroke Island or in Brisbane.
If you like the idea of a relaxed atmosphere for your function we can create and serve delicious canapés, more substantial meals, buffets or a combination of the above.

Canapés
We offer a variety of Canapés from bite sized options to more substantial options.
I love to be creative with food! Have you ever heard of a chimichanga? I have morphed my Grandma’s curried prawn recipe into a mini burrito tied with a string and deep fried it! Served with a home made pineapple chutney this is one of the most popular canapes on our menu.
Mains
We believe fresh is best and makes the world of difference in flavour, always using local produce including fresh locally sourced seafood and meat.
Being from a fishing family on the Island I am lucky enough to have access to the freshest local fish available and our crispy Spanish mackerel tacos do not disappoint!
Buffets
Sometimes seeing all of the delicious dishes displayed on a table together is the perfect way to bring your guests together to share a meal.
We can accommodate most themes for eg Mediterranean - with slow cooked shoulders of lamb, hot roast cherry tomatoes on cold greek yoghurt on sour dough, roast lemon potatoes, bbq greek chicken pieces and fresh green salads.. get your creativity flowing!
